Welcome

Our century home, situated on 6 acres of gardens, orchards, woods and waterfront on Lake Katchewanooka, is the perfect bed and breakfast while visiting Lakefield, a richly historical village just north of Peterborough, Ontario. Explore this culturally rich region by foot or by boat from our own dock on the Trent-Severn Waterway.

Just steps from downtown and Lakefield College School, we offer tastefully decorated antique filled rooms, and a guest living room with fireplace. Our home is smoke-free and pet friendly.

The newest addition to our B&B is an antique shop, housed in two renovated post and beam buildings. The shop specializes in antique furniture, both restored and in original finish. You will find china, glassware, silver, and lighting. Wendy has a special interest in textiles, whether upholstered pieces, hooked rugs, linens, or quilts.Don't forget the eclectic display of art.

We look forward to welcoming you to the area and will provide local knowledge on what to see and do while visiting the Kawarthas and nearby Stoney Lake.
